At Kabuki Matcha, we take pride in crafting and delivering authentic, high-quality matcha sourced from Uji, Japan.
While we do our best to ensure every order meets your expectations, we understand that you may sometimes need to cancel or return a purchase.
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how you can cancel your order:
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be canceled any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel, please email us at info@kabukimatcha.in with your order details. Once confirmed, your payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
However, you can initiate a return request (as per the terms below) after receiving your order.
We take care to ensure that every product leaving our warehouse meets the highest quality standards.
Still, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns:
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged during transit.
You received a wrong item.
The product is defective or expired at the time of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Products:
Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of matcha, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products.
Products purchased on sale, offer, or as part of a promotional bundle.
Products past their expiry date.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
For approved returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect products), we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
Partial or Rejected Refunds:
If the returned item shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by us, only a partial refund (or no refund) may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Method: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
Processing Time: Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.
