We currently deliver across India, making it easier for matcha lovers nationwide to experience authentic Japanese matcha.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details.

4. Packaging & Handling

Every order is carefully packed to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit.

  • Matcha is sealed in airtight, light-protective packaging for maximum quality and flavor.

  • Tins, pouches, and accessories are packed securely to avoid any breakage or leakage.
     Each shipment is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable by our logistics partners.
If we’re unable to deliver to your address, we’ll inform you immediately after you place your order and provide alternative options.

6. Delays or Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timelines, unforeseen factors such as extreme weather, strikes, or government restrictions may cause delays.
If such delays occur, our team will keep you informed until your order reaches you.
